Security and readiness
Evidence before activation.
Dental and mental health pilots begin with synthetic configuration. Live patient calls remain gated until the practice and provider evidence has been verified.
No HIPAA certification, SOC 2 audit completion, or blanket provider agreement status is claimed here. Ask for the verified evidence applicable to your practice.
Practice agreements
An operator must verify the applicable executed agreements and retain their evidence references. A setup click is not a signed agreement.
Provider approvals
Voice, messaging, storage, and hosting approval must be verified for the actual account and deployment used by the practice.
Access and retention
Tenant membership and roles restrict practice records. Retained recordings are subject to their expiration and authorized source availability. Verify deployment controls before using patient data.
Call disclosure
The practice must review the AI and recording disclosure used for its calls and approve the escalation process.
Payment and messaging
Practice-owned Stripe Connect, a verified deposit policy, a separate approved text sender, and patient consent are required for patient deposit messaging.
Live acceptance
Configuration and automated tests do not prove live provider behavior. An operator records the required evidence before live activation.
