Questions from mental health practices
How can Louneh support mental health practices?
Louneh handles administrative inbound calls and appointment requests for independent mental health practices on an approved voice line. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical recommendations. Staff confirm assisted requests before a visit is treated as booked.
Can Louneh do crisis counseling or clinical intake?
No. Louneh is not a crisis line and does not perform clinical intake. Emergency and crisis concerns follow the practice-reviewed escalation instructions. A transfer attempt does not guarantee that a person answers.
Does a request confirm a therapy session?
No. In assisted mode, your team reviews the preferred time and confirms it in the practice calendar. Current mental health pilots use staff confirmation at one location. Creating an account does not activate a live phone line.
