How do I set practice hours and services?

Use Settings to maintain the real hours and services offered at your practice. Review the correct location and time zone before saving.

Before you start

Owner or admin. Availability depends on your plan and completed setup. Review subscription access.

Step by step

1. Open Settings and choose Hours.
2. Confirm the practice time zone, enable staffed days and enter opening and closing times.
3. Open Services and add the visits callers can request, including duration and deposit settings.
4. Save and review the values shown after saving.

What you should see

Your saved practice configuration describes the hours and visits you actually offer.

If something goes wrong

Closing time must be after opening time. If a save fails, keep the page open, review the error and retry.
