How do I configure and preview my receptionist?
Receptionist lets you review the greeting, voice and appointment behavior. A voice preview does not publish a live receptionist.

Owner or admin for configuration. Availability depends on your plan and completed setup. Review subscription access.
Step by step
- Open Receptionist and review the greeting.
- Choose a voice and use the preview control; adjust supported preferences.
- Wait for save feedback before leaving the page.
- Review Go live and verify the published behavior with an authorized test call before patient use.
What you should see
The saved greeting and voice match your practice’s intended experience.
If something goes wrong
If audio is unavailable, review the text and retry later. A browser sample is not evidence of the live provider voice.
