How do I understand dashboard totals?

Overview and Reports summarize recorded activity. Estimated appointment value is not collected revenue, and a count for a time period is not an outstanding-work queue.

Before you start

Authorized practice staff; report access depends on role. Availability depends on your plan and completed setup. Review subscription access.

Step by step

1. Check the time period shown on Overview or Reports.
2. Review calls, requests and confirmed appointments.
3. Open additional metrics to compare completed visits, deposits and estimated value.
4. Use Calls, Messages or Appointments to inspect the underlying work.

What you should see

You can explain the totals without confusing estimates with collected payments.

If something goes wrong

Unknown means a verified value is unavailable. A data-loading error must not be treated as zero activity.
