How do I connect my calendar?

Google Calendar is the implemented calendar connection. Assisted scheduling still requires staff to confirm appointment requests.

Before you start

Owner or admin. Availability depends on your plan and completed setup. Review subscription access.

Step by step

1. Open Integrations and confirm the selected practice location.
2. Choose the Google Calendar connection and follow its authorization steps.
3. Review the returned connection status and calendar selection.
4. Check provider assignments and test the intended workflow before relying on it.

What you should see

The selected location shows the expected verified connection status.

If something goes wrong

A planned integration card is not an active connection. Ask support if authorization fails; never send credentials in chat.
